Enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a little worn out but perfectly centered in the middle to everything. The transit was easy to catch. I loved walking everywhere. The employees were kind and had no problem restocking my room. It’s budget friendly, it’s no four seasons but can’t complain for the price. Thank you Europa! You guys made my SF trip possible.

This is basically a hostel with private rooms. The shared bathrooms are disgusting, showers are awful. The rooms are really hot and stuffy with no air con and it's so loud outside you'll constantly get woken up with the windows open. The location is good for public transport but that's it. The fridge didn't have a shelf and was dirty, one blanket had cigarette burn holes in it and the curtains barely cover the windows so lots of light comes in. Just an awful place to stay.

Would give this zero if I could. Very sketchy hotel, it felt very unsafe. The room didn't look like the photos, the corridors stank of cigarette smoke, and the TV didn't work. Also - Me: My comforter had multiple cigarette burn holes in it. Reception: Yeah, some of them are like that. Spend the extra $$ to stay anywhere else

Rooms were very basic and appeared primitive. Walls were painted in a dull blue/green. Lighting was poor. Overall dim and dull room with the window facing a wall. Toilet was tiny. No elevator and steep staircase, so definitely not recommended if you are carrying luggage. Doesn’t feel like a hotel or motel at all… simply a room to sleep in if you are on a budget. Location-wise, it’s opposite the Big Bus Tours bus stop and on a busy street near China town, which may be a plus point for some.
