If you are looking for the cheapest possible place to stay, European hostel is the right solution. The room just fits a bed and a very small refrigerator. In the bathroom, it is best to stand on a stool if you are going to take a shower, the bathroom is really small. The sheets were dirty. Downstairs, you could buy lousy food from small local shops, which was not cheap. It's worth going to eat in the western shopping center next door, which has a clean, modern fast food restaurant on the second floor, where you can get very affordable food portions. Europe hostel is close to the metro station and on the other side of the road there is a bus stop from where you can get to the airport. There was also a pier nearby, so you could take a ferry to Hong Kong very cheaply. There was also a very beautiful and large park very close by. There was only one elevator to get to the hostel, there was always a long queue for the elevator.
