The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of the high rating on its cleanliness and I was not disappointed at all. I was also impressed by their hospitality (all the receptionists can speak English), the breakfast, the shower and even the quality of the toilet paper (I seriously mean it). The location is good with an easy walk to either a stop for trams, busses or subway for Oktogon station.

We visited Budapest with my fiance a few weeks back and I have to say, our experience at the hotel was wonderful. Extremely clean, tidy, very nice rooms and great service. The best part were the people, all the employees of the hotel were polite, kind and extremely helpful. In case we return to Budapest we will definitely visit again!

The best 4* we have ever stayed in and better than most 5*. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was clearly designed by someone who travels a lot - comfy mattress, 400 thread count linen, 4 different lighting moods, a proper hairdryer, underfloor heating, usb chargers... all in great repair and so spotless than when we wiped a water spill off the floor the tissue was sparkling white. The spa and gym area were also spotless and seemed brand new with a lovely steam room and sauna. The location is great - just off Andrassy Utca (the equivalent of Bond Street or 5th Avenue) between City Park and the River. It took us less than 30 minutes to walk everywhere.

The hotel was so nice, with a fresh interior inside and so modern furniture. Guys on the reception desk were polite and careful, thanks for that. The breakfast was simple and the same time you can choose from the set of food what you want. There was just one moment when I was disappointed, when we have left special leaflet on my pillow to change sheets on bed, but it wasn’t done, cleaning guys just made a bed and that’s it, hope you will control it in the future
