Had 4 nights business stay. Location was perfect with 10min walk from office. Room though small (normal to the city), had everything I needed and more, and was clean and nicely designed. Loved to have Yoga mat! Has also other cool execersise equip and a TV guide for them. A comfy desk &chair for work and even found a hidden whiteboard:-) Didn't try the breakfast but enjoyed the bar and the free welcome drink 🍺 Staff were very nice.

Very nice facilities. It definitely is the nicest Even Hotel I've stayed in. But the service is not so great compared to the other one. The lobby area has a convenience snack shop and bar. The bar was surprisingly busy when I went. The free drink voucher was a nice touch. My room was pretty spacious. I had the King corner room. I was happy with everything except, on the first day, I entered my room and 3 things stood out that made me question the cleanliness of the room. We arrived at 5pm and the hallway's carpet also didn't look too clean. When I checked in, the receptionist asked me 4 times in a row if I booked it under a different name after I already amswered him. I pulled up the email on my phone then handed it to him. He inconvenienced me more and told me to find and read the confirmation number to him. Later, he found it. No apologies. There was another encounter that also made me think that the staff are not that helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The bartender was nice and attentive.

The midtown location of the hotel is excellent, as others have said. The rooms are small but efficiently set up, views of the surrounding buildings are decent if you are high enough although windows are small. Front desk on the second floor is minimalist and service there is not entirely friendly. Beyond that is the informal bar/breakfast area where we found Ricardo, a warm and vivacious bartender who made our evening. He lights up the room with his stories and serves a nice welcome cocktail (ask the desk for your voucher at check in!) Thank you Ricardo!

Loved my stay, while the room was small for two people it was still accessible for my walker and the washroom had a tub to get into, but it was low enough that I was able to access it. A nice quiet place away from, but close enough to, Times Square and less than a 10 minute walk for me, probably 5 for you, to Grand Central. While there is a fitness room available, our hotel room had fitness equipment inside. Including a balance ball and yoga mat and gear. Will definitely stay here again for its proximity to everything and the comfort of the room.

We weren’t too impressed with our stay. We felt bad that the staff seemed overwhelmed. The rooms were clean and acceptable but didn’t seem worth the $400+ we paid. We asked about early check in and were met with a fairly steely response and never got a text, and then ended up woken by cleaning staff at 930am trying to access the room when we hadn’t checked out yet. We weren’t greeted on arrival and didn’t get info on our bill at the end. The view was fairly dim and the bedding didn’t seem very nice. We felt like our “king size” bed was a queen. The value for money didn’t seem there for us, unfortunately, so we wouldn’t necessarily recommend to others.
