I visited Gandaria Height to find a new residential facility in 2024. I lived in the nearby Bellezza Apartment for a year, but the distance from my office is a bit far, so it takes too long to get to and from work, and there are no supermarkets or malls nearby, so I am looking for a new space. I toured Gandaria Height through the introduction of my current rental housing agent. Basic amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and parking lot were good. When I first entered, the tall and clean lobby was very impressive. The first unit I looked at was a 1-bedroom unit in Tower B, and the space was very small and felt stuffy. It was compared to the spacious space of Bellezza Apartment where I live now. Second, I checked the one-bedroom room in Tower A. Unlike Tower B, it was a bit more spacious and the living room kitchen system was very good. One drawback is that the only floors available for immediate occupancy are the lower floors, so the view is slightly worse than that of Tower-B, which was on the 23rd floor. After looking around the house, I came down to the first floor, and there was a passage directly connected to Gandaria Mall, through which I could directly access the office building. Gandaria City Mall was very large and full of all kinds of necessities. I think young newlyweds will really like it. I need to think a little more about whether I will move in next year.

A home from home! Fantastic apartment facilities, access to the mall, easy journey to Sudirman and nearby malls in Senayan. Well worth a stay or visit and soon there will also be a Sheraton attached to the mall to boot!
