I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay in this hotel. I was slightly worried because of recent bad reviews, but I had a good experience. Especially the breakfast buffet was great. I'm used to not many vegetarian options, but there were plenty! I got upgraded to a suite, the bed, bath and view were great. The only negative points were that I had to ask for a kettle and there was no fridge. The location is great. I would stay here again.

Renovation of the hotel is seen, but.....!!!! Room air filter, huh cleaned 10years ago, maybe Bed mattresses are with a big lay in.....so they are very old..... Shower not working, broken of! Bathtub full of hair and black stain and mould Hot water, noon Toilet, going out 50 ltrs of water, and water not stopping to go out, than you need to fix it on button of a drainage.....huh So overall, first and last time on Exe Lev!

Great Hotel, very clean, great service, and wonderful and fresh breakfast selection. Situated in walking distance from all that you need to see in this city. High recommend.

Our room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, we had a door that said "minibar" but there was no such thing, and the shower felt like showering with a pressure washer. For the price I would've expected something a little better. Despite that, the bed was very comfortable and cleanliness was good, I was not a fan of the breakfast but it's okay. Also, the location is good, very close to the city center.
