It was pleasure to stay here! The room was very nice and clean with nice sentence on the wall. Sadly I don't remember it and didn't take a photo. Breakfast was very nice surprise for us. My colleague was many times in Paris, but didn't had such an experience to have such good breakfast. We will definitely know where we will stay next time in Paris! Of course we recommend for all and for our friends too. Thank you guys for your hospitality, service and exceptional attention to the client. Best wishes from Kristina&Diana

We spent 3 days in the hotel. Great location, just 8-10 minutes from the train station. The staff was very helpful and nice. On the last day, we had to catch an early train, so we couldn't have our breakfast there, so they prepared a "picnic box" for us for takeaway with breakfast, coffee, and orange juice. It was such a nice gesture 👏 Highly recommended hotel 🏨 👌

I recently stayed at the Exe Panorama in Paris and was impressed. It's a charming 3-star boutique hotel with a unique Parisian touch in each room. The staff was really helpful, and its location made exploring major attractions like the Louvre easy. Plus, the free WiFi and very helpful staff were great perks. Definitely a good value for the price!

Stay away at all cost ! I had initially booked a room at Exe Panorama, in the 10th, for a business trip as it offered a great location close to Gare du Nord and many of my clients' offices. When I tried to check in, I was told that the hotel was booked "over capacity" and I'd moved to another hotel of the group. Given that it was fairly late, I didn't have any option but to agree to it. I was then moved to their St Lazare's hotel and I barely got an excuse for this incredibly poor experience. I also hadn't been warned by email in advance which is not acceptable. The rooms there were tiny and the hotel is right above a metro line so there was some noise/vibration during my whole stay. When I came to check out, the hotel first charged me twice on the bank card I provided, before they noticed, apologised, and told me I'd be reimbursed the difference in 3 days. I was not offered any commercial gesture from their end, even after many protests from my side. All in all, I will never come back to this hotel group as it is very poorly managed and the room quality was poor. Given my awful experience, I will share this feedback within my company to make sure we stay away in the future. I would definitely, 100% avoid.

Overall this hotel was really nice for a budget vacation in Paris. We stayed for 5-6 nights. It isn't super close to some of the main attractions like the Eiffel tower etc, but it is close to a lot of nice restaurants, boulangeries, and markets, which was great for days when we just wanted to relax in the area. The rooms are a bit small, but the beds were comfortable, the shower water was always hot and the room we had did have a window that could be opened for fresh air. We ate breakfast at the hotel a few times during our stay and the croissants, cheese and fruit were great! Service was always great. The only issue with the hotel room was our mini fridge. There was a bad smell every time we opened the door and luckily we were able to open the window to air out the smell. We checked to make sure nothing was spoiled but unfortunately we could never locate the source of the smell. Other than that our stay was great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to save some money on hotel costs, but still be within walking distance to pretty much everything.
