I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the numerous challenges and issues my wife and I and including our friends faced during our recent stay at your esteemed hotel. As loyal patrons, we expected a pleasant and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met. I wish to bring to your attention the following concerns: * Delayed Room Availability: Despite making an advanced reservation and securing the room with my credit card, our room was not ready upon arrival, leading to an unnecessary 45-minute wait. * Redundant Payment Request: I had already provided my credit card details as a security measure for the room, yet we were asked to pay in advance, causing confusion and inconvenience. * Poor Management Accessibility: When I requested to speak to the manager, the receptionist did not make any effort to check if the manager was available and dismissively claimed the manager's absence. My request for contact information was also denied. * Lack of Reception Guidance: After the long wait, we were given the keys without any guidance to locate the room or the lift. The customer service at the reception was disheartening, with a rude and uncooperative attitude. * Discrepancies in Room Quality: The room we received did not match the description or the standard of a double room we had booked. It lacked expected amenities, such as welcome water, and appeared unpleasant. * Poor Bartender Behavior: We encountered an incident at the bar where a younger bartender showed arrogance and lack of customer service experience by denying a non-alcoholic cocktail request. * Unhelpful Staff: On another occasion, we requested a bottle opener and empty glasses, which were unreasonably refused by the same inexperienced bartender. * Reception Area Cleanliness: The hotel reception area was untidy and in need of proper cleaning, creating an unfavorable first impression. * Lack of Emergency Fire Exit Information: There was no information about emergency fire exits, which is a serious safety concern. * Collapsed Mattress: The mattress in our room was in poor condition, causing discomfort and potential harm to our backs. * Absence of Essential Amenities: The room lacked basic amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving kits. * Missing Essential Items: There were no tissue boxes or water bottles provided in the room. * Lack of In-Room Beverage Facilities: The absence of coffee and tea-making facilities was disappointing. * Insufficient Information: There was a lack of essential information about the hotel facilities and the city provided in the room. * Food Cross-Contamination: The buffet area lacked proper separation, leading to concerns about cross-contamination for guests with allergies.

The room was very clean and organized this is a plus for the hotel the cleaners are very nice and competent. The bathroom was large but with a terrible shower and all the time water was on the floor because of a tiny hole. The room was very very hot. Air conditioner was very ugly and with a not nice smell
