DO NOT STAY HERE. THE CLEANING STAFF WILL STEAL YOUR CLOTHES. We had a pair of expensive leggings go missing. When we reported it to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do and we could try to send an email complaint but no promise of a response?? Ridiculous. Do not give this hotel your money unless you are okay with losing some clothes during your stay.

The hotel was good, clean. the reception staff was excellent, the only serious problem we had was the air conditioning expelled a lot of dust, it needs to change the filter more often, and the biggest problem was that this is a non-smoke-free building, and a guest in the same floor didn't stop smoking on the same floor even though we reported it, all the smoke came to our room, it was actually very unpleasant. for everything else it was very good

Here was Lovely Place!!! It was a small hotel. It's definitely a practical hotel. However, you have to pick up your luggage and come to the lobby through the stairs. The staff were very kind

BEWARE IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. Hotel which is sold on the internet as a 5-star but which in reality would struggle to reach 3. Rooms without heating, in winter on a not too cold day the thermostat marks 12 degrees inside the rooms. Rooms with dirty bedspreads, hair dryers in the bathrooms that work for a maximum of 30 seconds when it's okay, hotel entrance door that should be automatic broken and must be opened by hand, wifi works once yes and 100 times no, decent breakfast .
