Second time at this hotel. Convenient location for us, 20min away from Moncloa, 30min away to Madrid city center. Quiet and relaxed. Shame the pool was closed on both occasions we visited.

This hotel is pretty good, visited twice on business, pros are very quiet location, solid building so thick walls no noise & room size is good. If you book the rooms with balcony, actually you get a door to the ground floor terrace with outside chairs and table, well worth it. Breakfast buffet is very good, evening meal with pleasant garden view, one page menu but enough variety, caesar salad, chicken or pork or beef steak, also hamburger and pasta and more. Rooms have a fridge stocked with various drinks, no facility to make tea or coffee though, but have takeaway cups at breakfast and evening. The only negative is there is nothing nearby, about 2km walk to the nearest shop or restaurant. Easy to get to centre of Madrid, take the bus from stop right outside the hotel to Moncloa metro station, then metro line 3 just a few stops to Sol. This hotel is usually cheaper than others, but don't worry you will like it. WiFi is also good.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good for the price. The restuarant wasnt the best. If you want to be away from town it’s a good hotel and it has a bus stop just outside. However there was just one vending machine in the hotel and the cafe/restaurant wasn’t open in the early day.

If you need to be out in this part of town and you don't need facilities or access to amenities then this is OK, but it's not cheap for what it is and the absence of little touches makes it a hotel I wouldn't choose or recommend. No free water, nowhere to get even a cup of coffee during the day. Closed gate, poor signage. Tiny lift. No real bar facilities, but you can get a beer in the restaurant (when it's open). Clean enough. Hard bed. No irons in the rooms. €1.75 for a very small bottle of water

This hotel is a business hotel. I would not recommend this for travellers or couples. There's is two things I value in this kind of hotels, bed and food. After a hard day travelling and working far of your house you just want a good dinner and good sleep. The food is actually good, really good, but is the same menu for a whole week (two starters and two mains) so if you are there for more than 3 days you will repeat dish, I been there for a week so... I just can say tired. There is a la carte menu but is not extensive too but the quality is good and price reasonable. After a good dinner and good wine sleep should be easy, but not. I been there in two occasions in different rooms and both of them has the same firm bad mattress which stick his springs on you. Really uncomfortable. The duvet is a cheap synthetic so doesn't help as well. The staff was great and really friendly, all of them, house keeping, bar, reception...
