Experience Sapporo

This is a very comfortable hotel where you can stay in a newly built apartment with furniture and appliances. The check-in process seemed difficult to understand at first and I was worried, but when I actually arrived and tried it, it took about 10 seconds and was very simple. There are everything you need to live in, including home appliances such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric kettles, and washing machines, sofas, desks, drying racks, and tableware such as pots and chopsticks. I was especially grateful to be able to use the heating system, which can be considered expensive, without any additional charges. I don't think you need to worry about the cold when staying in winter. In addition, since it is a new building, it feels very clean, and the bathrooms, sinks, and other plumbing features provide a level of comfort that you would not find in a normal hotel. I read some reviews that said there were seasonings in the kitchen, but the room I stayed in didn't have them. The location is a little far from Susukino and Odori, but it's close to a tram station, so unless you're someone who wants to squeeze in a tight schedule for sightseeing, I don't think it'll be a problem. There may not be enough restaurants for people who want to eat typical Hokkaido food, but there are several set meal restaurants within walking distance. There is also a coin laundry right in front. The price is a little high, so it might be a good idea to wash it in the washing machine installed and only use the dryer. A slight negative point is that the soundproofing seems to be a bit poor, as you can easily hear conversations on the floors above. There is an LG monitor on the wall that allows you to watch YouTube, Netflix, etc., but if you watch it without earphones, the sound may be audible. Also, the streetcar tracks are right next to it, so even though it's a property in Hokkaido and has double-glazed windows, the sound of the streetcar running still leaks through the ventilation holes. You can also buy it for 100 yen if you need it, but I felt it would be more convenient if there was a little pinch when hanging laundry on a clothesline.

It's one of the best condominium type accommodations. Recommended for families. The areas you care about most are thoroughly cleaned, so you can use it with confidence. There was a large folding clothes rack in the bathroom, multiple kitchen utensils such as pots, and accessories, so it was an environment where you could stay for a long time without any inconvenience. It was a real shame that we only stayed for one night.
