Where these 5 star reviews come from I would never know. Needs a lot of care this hotel mold in bathroom. Paper cups, kettle doesn't fit under the taps to fill, not had a good clean in a good while seems like clean the main areas but not behind the loo pictures in the halls etc We have paper slippers under the bed left from other guests god know when as that doesn't look like it's been cleaned for a while. I have someone elses hair in the mattress that I can see through the sheet on the bed. Wood has been chipped away, looks like toothbrushing stains all over the bathroom door and frame. Towels very rough. There is like a metal bolt sticking out the entrance from the shower. No milk. Breakfast is what they class as a traditional Turkish breakfast. The doors don't close unless you bang them closed. There is gaps under and above all doors where they don't meet the door frames. Noise from next door rooms and rooms opposite is dreadful. We have had different people next door apparently that had been moved from a different floor because of the noise they were making. We have had kids running wild knocking (banging) on doors. We had someone at 1am taking a phone call in the corridor walking up and down past rooms. We can literally hear everything everyone is doing and saying. Not recommended at all. No water when we woke up one morning. When we did raise this with staff they did phone up to the rooms but what was disappointing was when we went down to complain one of the days you could actually here all the banging in reception and they didn't take it upon themselves to investigate what was going on that had been going on for a good 5 mins before we went to complain. We have a view from our 1 window of a neighbouring flat/apartment so our curtains remain shut as it is uncomfortable to have them open.

- DON’T DO IT!!! - Cockroaches, stains on the towels, no blanket just a thin sheet, water temperature is sparatic so taking a shower is absolute hell, rooms are extremely tiny, elevator barely fit two people plus luggage, everything was so dark and old, walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING going on. I was only here for ONE night and I wanted out ASAP!

Very small and crammed rooms. You can hear everything your neighbours do. Unfortunately we did not have good neighbours. Reception is not very keen to help. We only had cold water, when we asked about it, they turned cold off and put only boiling hot water.. honestly i have no words. I don't know about the 3 star for this hotel. Great value for the money i guess.

Where to start.... 1.) Undesirable location. On a street strip with nothing entertaining, just apartments. 2.) Their credit card system only allows up to 750 TL. Anything over the amount, you need to enter a pin number to utilize it. If anyone has traveled to multiple locations (like I have), you don't keep that number memorized. You utilize your international card as needed with no issues. 3.) This was THE SMALLEST ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. And that's saying a lot, considering some of the petite rooms I've stayed in Japan and Philippines. 4.) Breakfast absolutely worthless. And if you desire anything other than the pre-packaged plate they offer, it's extra. For point of reference, the pre-packaged meal consists of boiled egg, some olives, two mediocre slices of cheese, two mediocre slices of lunch meat (can't tell if beef, chicken or other) couple of tomatoes and slices if cucumbers. Salt and pepper, non-existence, had to request utensils and tiniest cups for self service of coffee (self-scoop, not freshly brewed) or chai. 5.) Customer service. Didn't even know the correct domain to their WiFi service. Will NEVER revisit and highly don't recommend.

I checked in here today and left the hotel as soon as possible. The quality of this hotel is not matched with what we saw online in the pictures. The room was filthy, the sheets weren’t changed. There was big cracks in the walls, the bed were as hard as rocks, the sheets had stains everywhere. I spoke with the manager about this and he was not helping and refused to pay our money back since we didn’t want to stay because of the obvious reasons. Very selfish and unpleasant man. I definitely would not recommend this, not even to my enemy. Pay another 500TL and get yourself a better hotel for the money or you will regret this.
