If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. First of, the price of the room was great! Less than 100$ for one night is almost unheard of in today’s economy. But, the phrase “Good things aren’t cheap and cheap things aren’t good” was the mission statement for tonight. Starting off with the evaluator, it was really grimy and nasty. The hall way carpet was a mess but I stayed positive because it’s not good to judge a book by its cover but no this needs all the judgement. When I walked into the room, it was so humid. The AC was busted and there was water on the floor near it. The room was not ready, the beds were crooked and messy and the pillows were on the desk. Yes! You read that right, they were stacked up on the desk. My mother went to see if the AC was plugged in which it was and slipped in the same water. In Florida, we need AC. That’s not up for debate. I called the front desk, the woman working was so nice but she couldn’t do much but give us a refund since they were completely booked for the weekend. I appreciated her efforts and decided to check out the bathroom before I left. Honestly, there were some spots that were missed in cleaning and I didn’t think I would want to use to it. But I lose my mind when I looked up and seen a roach crawling on the ceiling. Not a water bug, a German roach like with infestations… I had to get out of there immediately. It feels like that roach somehow told the other roaches we were leaving and they must have wanted to send us off because I seen more getting out of the evaluator. Truth be told, I didn’t even stay 10 minutes in the room and I was a little upset that I couldn’t get another room anywhere else and ended up having to drive 1.5 hours home so late. Stay away unless you would to experience this as well. The best part about this whole thing was the woman at the front desk, she was very kind and understanding and seemed a bit embarrassed about the whole thing. You have been warned!

This place was literally crawling with roaches!!! By the time I had realized how many there were, the front desk was closed for the night. I went thru an entire bottle of bug spray & they still were crawling out of places. The air didn't work, it just blew humid air. It was too late to cancel or transfer. I almost got sick from the smell in the hallway. I can't even describe how awful it smelled. Then had an incident in the parking lot with someone sitting on my car. The front desk was extremely nice & helpful. I feel horrible that they have to work for a company/owner who doesn't think health is important to guests & staff. I'm not one to ever leave a review, but this is beyond deployable conditions to have people stay at, especially with children or pets. I tried to add photos, but don't see the option.

So I would like to start with the Staff...THEY ARE AWSOME!Jessica, Jaun and Tracy have always been on point with all my needs with pricing and cleanliness. For an older building and it being Florida I would say this is the best spot in this area. Cleanliness depends on you and how you keep your room. Jessica is very professional and handles every situation as pro that she is and this is a reflection of Her management. Quit shopping around and come to this location because it's quite without any issues....

Black mold a/C unit, thankfully I spent most of the 3 days at the hospital with my husband who was recovering from brain tumor removal surgery. The lobby and hallways smelled normal for ESA, but when the room door opened the mold smell was Extremely Strong and overwhelming. Also not the correct type of room, upon check in I was informed none of the rooms have sofa sleepers at that location, which I booked at the ESA website.
