My experience at this hotel was disappointing at best, if not disgusting. The common areas (entry, hallways, and elevators) were dirty with numerous stains on the floors. There was a dead bug on the bathroom counter, and I had to kill a bug both times I entered the room. The kitchen didn’t have a single utensil in it, and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Kitchen appliances were old and stained. On the plus side, the bed was actually fairly comfortable. I was traveling solo so I could deal with all that, but I would not want to stay here with a family.

Place is older but well kept. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. The pet friendly policy is a wonderful benefit that most places say they have but hold a deep resentment towards pets but not this place. They get to know your pets and welcome them as much as the owners.

Terrible experience. We arrived late and they didn't have anyone working the desk to check in. They wouldn't even open the doors to tell us. Other guests let us in while they tried to talk to a worker. The lady behind the desk was extremely rude. The other guests told us they had tried 2 different rooms. Both were filthy. After they left we tried to talk to her and she said she didn't work the desk and couldn't help us. We could not check in. We would have understood that but she was rude to my wife and I then when our teenage daughter tried to ask her something she told her to learn her place little girl this is a adult conversation. You shouldn't be talking. We obviously left and are waiting to get a refund since we had to go find another hotel.

I honestly stayed due to the price and length of my stay. The kitchen did not have anything they said they would. I had to go but a frying pan to use during my stay. Which I left, so the next person wouldn't have to. The pictures on the site were very misleading. I don't know if it was that particular location, as I'm not a Florida resident, that was bad or just the upkeep. The place was old looking. There was duck tape on the windows and bathroom vanity, and roaches as well. It was inexpensive verses what I was seeing at other places for the amount of time I was in Orlando. But if the price reflects what I'm getting I'll stay somewhere else for more money. I truly though I lucked up, and was highly disappointed.
