The rooms are gross and are not fitted with all the required things there were beds missing sheets. There were dried up brown things on the supposedly clean rags, and Beth towels there were no doors to the closet, no safe, and the air conditioners open the curtains shining the bright street light into your eyes during the night when the air turned on, and the windows are broken and all unlocked and have no protection on them so very unsafe for children we use the booking service which we will never use again to book this hotel and the hotel would not give us our room until we also paid them so we were charged double for our stay and unfortunately we had to do it because it was very late at night when we finally checked in.

Worse place to stay i would never recommend it specially if you have small kids. This place is filled with trash on hallways, really bad smell on overall. There was cockroaches on hallway, room was nasty dirty with roches on dishwasher and kitchen floor. Bathtub pealing off crack on wall. Beds looked like linens were never changed were super dirty and had hairs all over beds. Good thing i was able to cancel my reservation that same night will never make a reservation on a place like this not recommended

Last minute booking! So grateful that we were able to be accommodated on such a short notice, especially with all of the major conventions going on in the area. Carlos checked us in, he was polite, courteous, professional and very welcoming! Great stay! Huge thanks!

*Warning* Do NOT Stay here! This is pretty much a homeless shelter and everything is beyond filthy. I’m 45 years old this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. There are addicts smoking in the rooms and it smells like mildew everywhere. The location is horrible. There is mold on the windows. They aren’t letting guests know that this is actually a homeless shelter which is fine but it’s misleading. This is especially not a safe place for children. You will have to walk an incredible distance for basic needs. This place needs to be condemned

Not a good experience here. First off the entire building smells like a nursing home, the room itself smelled like an animal died inside. I had to buy an air freshener because I couldn't take the smell. The room also looks as if the cleaners just sweep everything under the furniture. There was a dead roach behind the couch! To top it off the front desk told me they didn't have toilet paper!!! I had to survive off 1 roll
