I selected this hotel based on few pictures but i came and found it the best residence and more than expected and i wish i have more time to extend my stay, everything was fabulous... Special thanks to reception (Marwa) for prompt response and everything especially her nice attitude and respect...I will sure come again and also suggest hotel to my friends and beloved ones... Thank you

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. We were welcomed by Ms Marwa at the reception and she was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the cafe was great as well. We met Mr Alal at the end of our stay, who wanted to make sure that we had a seamless hotel experience, which we did . Despite my infant getting sick, it took nothing away from our experience as all the staff was friendly and so caring. Would definitely recommend it!

I had an extremely comfortable stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and the staff, especially Ramish, Zakaria, and Santosh, were outstanding and very attentive. I will definitely return to the hotel as it's wonderful and conveniently located near tourist attractions. Highly recommend it.

I have travelled extensively though Europe, Asia, USA and Australia. The staff at this location offer an unparalleled excellence in service. Hotel is beautiful and has a real palace feel. The restaurant is incredible and has probably the best buffet I've ever seen. The pool and garden are very nice. The hotels greatest asset is its staff. Reception were more then helpful and even gave us a free upgrade when they heard it was our anniversary. We later found a beautiful cake in our room wishing us a happy anniversary. Late checkout was also no issue or charge. Big shout out to Reception staff and Malik the pool life guard.
