The room was extremely dark and the bathroom would get all wet every time we took a shower (which made the room also wet). Besides that, the cleaners did not clean the glasses not even a single time. Would definitely not go back for another stay.

The location is rather center, near Chinatown and has a lots of souvenir shops, coffee shops and attractions. But the room is too small, the staircases are to narrow, you should go up and downstairs carefully with your luggages. Not recommend here for family that has children. Noisy at night because of drunk people.

SCAM ALERT! Worst experience ever. These guys don’t return your deposit amount of 100 euros. Be very careful while you book and pay a deposit amount. I paid by card and was told that the refund will be issued at the time of check-out which might reflect after 3-6 days. It’s been two weeks now and they didn’t send my money.

Fabulous location, and decently clean. It's hard to believe the stairs up to the third floor passed whatever inspection there was. It's like piece of playground equipment - almost a ladder. I saw others complaining about accessibility and smugly thought that I, an athlete with no impairments, would have no challenges. Ha. I have no idea how I will get my suitcase back down to leave! They have no one to help either. Also, I booked a twin room and when I arrived I was told that they had none but would put me in a 'nice big' room. Well, it's big I guess, but totally filled with beds like some sort of dorm, with little space left over, very weird. Also you have to ring the doorbell to get in even once you have a key, which is really annoying if there isn't anyone right there to do it. All the central hotels were super expensive and I needed something on very short notice, so whatever, this was the best deal I found. But this place is still really expensive given that it feels very makeshift to put it mildly.
