While the location is great with easy access to restaurants and things to do, the service is extremely bad - the reception is very unresponsive and it takes multiple notices to get anything done (e.g., get keys, fix water). We have had several bad incidents with the management, which has been frustrating especially with a long-term stay. The rooms are okay (not modern or upgraded but liveable) and the cleaning service is descent but I have come back to the apartment after cleaning and have found several of my personal items broken. Overall, would not recommend staying here as there are several other great options located in the nearby area at a similar price point.

It felt like home...though the fittings are gradually ageing, you need to be wary of the water heating system, it's aged and noisy refrigerator. The WiFi was a bit slow if you consider it is FTTH. But it is roomy and feels as comfy as home.

Well furnished apartments. Place is not far away from CBD. Location is a bit quiet and therefore one would be able to enjoy the quiet. The price is a bit fair as well compared with other places. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen comes with all the equipment. Dstv in the rooms. Water Heater is in place too. Wifi available.
