Service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, could be a little large. The hot shower was not consistent…hot and cold in a period 5 minutes. NOT good. Was here for a weekend of conference. The food was a 3 star. Had two banquet dinners.. both were consistent poorly prepared. Best part was the dessert. They need to get a better executive chief. 3 Stars was on the food service. Staff was very good, especially the concierge- excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was impressed by the exceptional level of customer service they provided. The staff (Natalie, Cindy, and William) were incredibly attentive and proactive with addressing guest needs. I travel very frequently for work, and it's very rare to find a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction. I really appreciated their thoughtful gestures during my stay, and their ability to exceed expectations in service is commendable.

The rooms are nice, but there’s no room in the fridge to put anything and no microwave if that’s what you’re looking for. Currently there’s a lot of construction right by the hotel. Overall it’s a very nice hotel and service was great. Parking was pricey because of the location, $50 for self parking.

Room’s were spacious, well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the pillows are waaaay too soft. I like some substance to my pillow. Room attendant maintained the room well during my stay. Other facilities such as the lounge and bar were clean and had great service. Just know they expect you to make a purchase when in the lounge seating area. This is the only area where seating is plentiful. Would like to see more seating available in the main lobby as that is fairly sparse, particularly for large events where attendees are arriving and departing on the same day. Many people waiting for colleagues and rides quickly consumes the minimal seating. The location is good for visiting other restaurants within walking distance.
