Always a pleasure to visit this beautiful hotel. Service and food is always consistent and excellent. You can't beat the location! Lake Louise is beautiful all year round . Rooms and bathrooms are smaller as this is an old property so that is to be expected. There are still some rooms that have not been renovated and those are dated. However, the hotel itself and the very lovely team who works there more than make up for it . Way better value than the Banff Springs!

This hotel is beyond gorgeous. It is an experience. Everything from the check-in service to the rooms, dining, activities is top class. We got the lake view room and the view is to die for. We are obsessed with how gorgeous the view is and to wake up to that is amazing!! This might sound like an exaggeration, but it truly is spectacular. The staff is warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make your stay as seamless, relaxing and wonderful as possible.

Absolutely stunning! This hotel is beautiful and the view right outside your window is breathtaking! The restaurant inside is a great place to warm up and have lunch after visiting the lake. The service was AMAZING, each server was so friendly and extremely professional. The food was on the pricier end, comes with being at a 5-star hotel. I wouldn’t say the food blew me away, but it’s definitely fancy! We paid $24 for a small bowl of soup, I personally wouldn’t get it again, but it was part of being at the hotel. Again, the view is what you’re paying for. Absolutely…STUNNING.

We stayed here in October and absolutely loved it. - Location is unbeatable. You get to see Lake Louise from your window (if you have a lake view room) from morning to night and easily access the lakefront trail whenever you want without having to take a shuttle in. - I don’t usually write about bedding and linens, but this property’s down comforter blew me away. So much so that I was inspired to buy a new down comforter after returning home and it was the best purchase I made this year. - Property is a bit dated. Rooms, furnishings, and indoor pool were all not as nice compared to other hotels in a similar price range, but you’re paying for proximity to Lake Louise / Moraine and views at a historic location so I guess this is to be expected. - Service is very friendly and top notch. No complaints. - Dining was surprisingly good. Though you’re a captive audience if you stay here, there are at least 3 different dining options for dinner in the hotel. I personally found Alpine Social to be my favorite for dinner; even though it is more of a casual bar dining situation, the food was solid. Breakfasts at Louiza in the mornings were a highlight.

This hotel is fantastic. My husband and I came here for our “babymoon” in celebration of our upcoming first child. Everything about our stay here was excellent. We booked a lake view room, which provided panoramic and gorgeous views of (unsurprisingly) Lake Louise all day long. The amenities at the hotel meet all your needs. Everyone who we have met who works here is kind and easy to talk to. The food is incredible. The location is unbeatable. Highly recommend, and we would love to come again in the summer to experience all that this location has to offer in a different season.
