My stay was blissful. The location is lovely and peaceful. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They made my stay very enjoyable. I brought my family here for the long weekend. The place is great, staf is friendly and professional. Ahmed from house keeping made sure the rooms and whole floor is sparkling clean and kept on following up with us if we are need for anything, he will be more than happy to help. Today's breakfast was at The Cooper Lobster, food was great and staff is very helpful, polite & professional. Activities and places in the hotel itself are fantastic and you could enjoy your stay without the need to go do something outside. I'd recommend this hotel specially that they have good offers running at the moment. Thanks!

Could be a perfect holiday destination, but unfortunately there’s no quiet place anywhere on the hotel grounds: even the adults-only pool area has music playing all day long, making it difficult to relax, or read, or listen to own music of choice for those who wish it. I think a 5-star hotel could be a bit classier than that and embrace the 21st century when people have more individual choice of their entertainment. For this reason I removed one star from the overall rating. All the staff are great though: extremely helpful and friendly.
