I have stayed at this hotel several times this year. My overall experience was really positive. The hotel's location made it convenient to go anywhere. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, providing a warm welcome upon my arrival. The room itself was well-appointed, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The amenities provided, such as high-quality toiletries, added to the overall comfort of my stay. The bed was particularly noteworthy for its comfort, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious items to start the day. My experience at Fairmont Jakarta Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. I can’t wait to my next year visit again to Fairmont.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed while in Jakarta. From the excellent welcome services (Thank you Tania), to the ever accommodating nature of all staffs! Rooms were spacious and with a wide range of channels on offer. Room service was very efficient and fast. The K22 bar is a definitely a great place to chill, especially at night over some live music. The connection underpass makes heading to the shopping centre a breeze and with so many shops!! Thank you for making this an enjoyable stay!! Will be back again soon.

Great room, great service and great location but why I'm not giving 5 stars? The negatives: Firstly it's the first 5 star hotel I've been where they locked the fridge. I don't get it, i guess you will only unlock it if we bought something from your mini bar? But how do we even going to buy if you LOCKED the fridge???? Where's the logic behind it? One of the linen on my bed was ripped. One of the automatic curtain was not working. Lunch at Spectrum was a bit disappointing as well. The positives: Great gym for hotel standard, bit lack of machines variety to my liking but it's good enough, clean and cold water available. Spacious bedroom, well designed and thoughtful. Great service from the floor staffs, but the front end staffs, especially receptionist could be better. Great location and easy access to Plaza Senayan through the tunnel.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a delightful experience. The bedroom was charming, offering a cozy atmosphere, and the view from the room was breathtaking. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, adding a delightful touch to my overall stay. Bu Ary from Spectrum is extremely friendly and super helpful. Thank you for Bu Martha and team for gave us a little touch for our room, making it more memorable.
