You really enjoyed our stay at the Jasper Park Lodge. Our lakefront room was large and had an excellent view of the lake. All the service was very good. The only disappointing part was the rooms are quite dated, but from what I understand they are going to be updating them soon. Would definitely come back and stay again?

Great!!! Beautiful lodge spread across acres of land amidst the gorgeous mountains and lakes. The rooms are top class with great amenities. The planetarium and outdoor telescope viewing are some great activities for space nerds. The main lodge has multiple restaurants, cafes and retail stores. The pool area is also good. They also served cookies/mini donuts, hot chocolate, candies in the evening during the holiday seasons in the main lobby. It was a nice touch and loved by the kids ! We had a very comfortable stay and made great memories. Will definitely visit again . Highly recommend.

Stayed here for Christmas. Beautiful setting. Great service. Stayed in a small cabin, interior was a bit worn out, one of the reading lamps was broken. Food was good but over-priced. Definitely paying for the amazing atmosphere and location. Woke up to Elk on the Front lawn! 😀 the outdoor heated pool was awesome in the cold mountain air.

We went for a New Years Eve dinner at the Great Hall. We brought our little dog and they were very accommodating, they even gave us a dog menu, and sat us in a dog friendly area with plenty of other dogs. Once we were seated, our waiter arrived who's name was Steve, then asked if we were there for food or just drinks, we answered with both. We were then offered water. We asked for a water for our dog, the waiter then asked if we would like still, sparkling, or tap water, we asked for tap. We sat there for a long time waiting for our water and to be asked our order. After, we started to get impatient, and began to time the waiter. We stayed in the restaurant for nearly an hour waiting to be served. In that time the waiter never returned with our water or to take our order. We did notice that he was either standing around or serving other tables. We are aware that it was extremely busy however there were several occasions where the waiter would bring another table, who were seated after us, water and would refill their wine glasses several times. The only difference was those tables did not have a dog. We left the restaurant feeling very disappointed with the service. The establishment is dog friendly and accommodating, however the waiting service (Steve) was very poor.

Tyler at the front desk was amazing and kind. We did not havee a lake view but she asked her manager if we could have a complimentary upgrade. So attentive. All the staff were great. The lounge server allowed us to choose a plate of truffle fries that wrre not on the menu. The restaurant adjacent to the lounge had a charming waiter who brought us onion rings, also not on the menu.
