I really loved living here until West Beach opened. All of the beach-side bars play loud music all day until late hours. We tried everything to get the sound at an acceptable level - police, in-person complaining, addressing the issue as a group of tenants, ... - unfortunately the loud music always comes back. Besides the noise, the prices (gym, swimming pool membership, bars, restaurants) also sky-rocketed. I really miss the old times!

I have bad experience while I have visited a resident at the north or at the south Fairmount Resident were staying at the short term, I was trying to park my car for a while to drop food up to the apartment which i have visited and the security was so helpful, gave me plot to park and i should return to my car to remove it some other place, I shocked after someone whom speaking Arabic was sitting at his car talking on the phone afternoon time, with normal clothes not work uniform, coming around me shouting and raise his voice and remove your car I am the manager which the security has accept o give me nicely the access, it was very bad attitude and followed me to lift and keep talking not in the right way, while other receptions and others 2-3 security was there and saw the bad behaver and totally wrong attitude he made. This happen 2022. Summer time July- August, I wasn't have the time to make complain about what happened but because the scenario never forgetting and it is really hurts deep inside this happens in Dubai UAE while here the most highly grateful low. Thank you

The apartment needs a revamp. A the washroom is due an upgrade. Toilet didn't flush very well. The spare toilet was quite smelly when we first moved in. Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants. However you will need a re-connent access card to use the gym, some outdoor pools and beach facilities. The apartment balcony door had no key available. Safety hazard for children and whilst staying in the apartment we lost power for most of the day. There is on site parking available and a supermarket close by which resembles closely to the lidil or Aldi. AC/Heating available in all the rooms. WiFi, a bit weak in some of the rooms. Rented the apartment during our vacation.
