This hotel is a great budget option for traveling to Berlin. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, although the localisation isn’t great.

Went on a school trip. The rooms were nice and clean. Keycards were easy to use. Food was nice, especially breakfast, and the drink variety was good (juices, coffee, different types of tea).

The hotel already didn’t look very promising from the outside, it’s pretty dirty and doesn’t look like the pictures at all. In the rooms there are random holes on the doors or even on the walls. The ceiling is dirty too, the beds are hard and extremely uncomfortable, made my hurt for 4 days straight and it made squeaky noises every time you do as much as moving a finger and kept me up all night. The bathroom was too small and only had a tiny piece of soap that you could maybe use twice until it’s all gone. The shower head wasn’t good either, it was pretty loud and the people outside could hear it as well the closets also were way too small for 5 people. The food was mostly cold and uncooked, the knifes weren’t sharp enough, some of the glasses still had some dirt on them same to some of the plates. The room service didn’t even clean, they actually did the complete opposite and made it even more dirty than it was before. The location was alright, pretty close to the center and you could go pretty much anywhere from there, that’s pretty much the only positive thing.
