Cozy, comfy place. Room (actually, apartment) is pretty large and airy, has all it needs. Included breakfast is in the nice restaurant in front of the apart-hotel. Huge benefit - breakfast til 12 on weekend days, perfect for late birds. If you need a late or early checkout you can actually pay for it per hour (100lei/hour), very convenient. There is also SPA (didn’t have a chance to visit) but it’s not a public one - you rent it all for yourself on per hour basis (400lei/hour) and it has sauna, steam room and a pool. Good supermarket Linella is just 5 walking minutes away. Overall really good place.

Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. As someone who had never visited the country before and didn't know the language, the staff and front desk personnel were very kind and thoughtful. Room was very comfortable, well appointed and perfectly clean. The cost is very reasonable, and it includes breakfast at the restaurant directly across the street. Location is in a quiet and calm neighbourhood, very clean and cozy area, easy 10 minute walk from the main city square, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and stores nearby. The staff really made my stay very comfortable and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

A very decent hotel with super helpful staff. The apartments are always clean, housekeeping ladies are doing a great job. The room and kitchen are very spacious, and I just love it! The ambience around in combination with the restaurant across the road is super cozy and nice, especially with the lights in the evening. I’m still staying here and enjoying it a lot.

Home-like hotel. Highly recommended for tourists especially for foreigners. Well educated staff with perfect service and support. Yummy breakfast is included. Very near to the city center. I had never imagined that one day I would visit Kishinev, Moldova until the war started in Ukraine. Kishinev is a super nice city, with kind people and of course great wine. I will never forget the Wine& Foodie Festival held between 8th July- 10th July 2022. I will never forget the guidance from the professor on the festival and karaoke. I had my 30th birthday celebrated here. Thank you, and love you, Familion hotel and Kishinev!

3 stars because realistically it’s a 3 star hotel not 4 stars. First time the water was cold too. The rooms sadly seem outdated too. The staff were the best and very friendly though! The food opposite the hotel was okay, not exceptional. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa. Just a heads up the restaurant and spa are in different buildings opposite not altogether.
