The room was spacious, it smelled saturated musty, I dunno maybe the tools are not very clean "the cloths and furniture", I had to open the window wide open and spray some perfume te refreshen the air. The bed was rearranged daily, the toilet cleaned too, but no rolls added when it's finished. Only one bottle of complimentary water was given upon check-in. Only chamomile tea had been served in 3 packets, no green or black tea. Also the showering utilities was not clear which is which as bith bottles said "hand and body wash" but i assumed that the different "clear colored" was the shampoo. The good thing about the apartment really, is it's location. You step out of the gate walk a couple of steps and you are in downtown straight. Massage boutiques are everywhere near you. And a mini-market right next to the gate. Also 2 metro stations are very near. This is my second time booking an apartment and i don't think i will have a third very soon. Make sure to have all your tools and utilities ready before booking this apartment.

Spot on for what was needed, lovely studio apartment minutes away from the centre of Old Town Lisbon and the "seafront" plenty of supermarkets and bars/cafes in the near vicinity. Checking in and out a breeze (all done online or at the automated kiosk)

Loved our stay at this service apartment! Comparable to a hotel while it conveniently comes with a kitchen and washer. Location: Very close to most attractions, walkable to Alfama area, while being just a short block away from all noises. Both front gate and room use passcode keypads, which was very convenient. Self check-in kiosk was easy to use. Room: Our unit is spacious with a balcony (unfortunately did not have a view due to the construction right across). Modern electric stovetop and washer/dryer. Kitchen and living room is on the top floor, then bedroom and bathroom are below. Best part is the huge bathroom with lots of counter space and a nice walk-in shower. Bonus: Body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent are provided, along with a full range of kitchenware that you may need - very thoughtful touch, making it a 5-star stay. PS: Floor can be cleaned more thoroughly and there were stains on the armchair.
