We reguler guest. The location is very good, the big shopping mall is opposite and very close to the airport. All staf was helpful especially Mr Arif and team HS. Tq to keep our room clean

Overall was good enough for us to stay three nights there. Well warming from the front service officer. The meal suits me. Excellent, relax ambience. Thankyou for Mr. Putra for assist me to booking room in this comfortable hotels

Very bad experience staying in this hotel. Smallest room i have ever seen in Indonesia. They dont keep even water bottles in the room. They keep empty jug and a water dispenser in the corridor.

Services services is truly amazing. I had a long flight so all i can think of was to get the room as soon. Clean bed and a good sleep. When i reached there, it hasn't on the check-in time yet but with Desi the receptionist i got in and.... Even I got an upgrade 🍀🧚‍♀️ room. All the staffs are so nice, friendly and very helpful. Literally all (from lobby the welcoming, the security Damin as for the concierge and keep the safety of the hotel. Even getting grab/taxi for jalan jalan surround or to the airport you can ask him or the front desk) Now, about the room: really clean, hygiene, tidily arranged. I got mine spacious. If you need housekeeping, they are prompt, stand by, fast response. I would say punctual. Now, this is my favorite: breakfast. It is complete. They have indonesian and western food. Sending my hugs and kisses to melly who served and pampered all my breakfast time with excellent service and mr.chef - great food, loving the eggs ❣️ Overall, I recommend this hotel. Location strategic, near by the airport, nice room and great services. What else are you looking for. Definitely will come back to Fave Pluit Junction Hotel, thanks to all the crew Ps: also got the special rate for extention with Ardiaan, thanks bapak. The moment you enter the room, you can smell unpleasnt drainage odour. Worse that the bathroom exhaust do not work. In the bathroom: 1) towels were worn with thread hanging down, 2) No hand towels 3) Mat is discolored 4) Shower is not hot at night, not even slightly warm. Even though it's a 3 star hotel, they could do better. I requested from Reception for a late checkout, around 2pm, but he told me ok for 1pm. I said 1pm is not really a late checkout. He then went into a long explanation that c-out time is 12noon so 1pm is late c-out and charge of 50% more will be imposed after 1pm. When I replied that I know that standard procedure in all hotels, In an unfriendly tone, he replied - I am just telling you the regulations. I would think that giving me 1 more hour of late checkout is ok after all I stayed 4 nights. Another thing is that the sales is not very flexible or smart. Their corporate rate is just IDR5-10K lower than online rates. Sales decline to give me a lower rate though I told them that if people book online, the commission would cost then probably IDR70K. The mall where the hotel is sited is a dead mall with 80% of the shops closed.
