It was nice experience. Contactless check-in works great. Parking is free (extremely rare to find in Vienna) and just around corner. U2 metro line is close by. Rooms are clean and the furniture is new. Only be aware that these apartments are in Seestadt in District 22 of Vienna and are pretty far from the major landmarks of Vienna. Yes, there is metro line and it is well connected with public transportation system but still there is 40+ minutes ride to almost everything. But if that doesn't bother you than this is excellent choice. Also if you plan to stay longer, bring your own towels, because they are changing them only on request and it is not free.

The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is that it is far from the city center. But, the metro access is great! It is literally a 2-minute walk to the station. You can get to the heart of the city in around 30 minutes. The check-in is fully contactless. The room was super clean and quite warm (which was great given the freezing temperatures during the winter)

The towels and the bedsheets were not washed properly or not washed at all. We contacted the host regarding this matter and they didn’t reply. Horrible service, room and cleanliness for a high price. The pictures are misleading, the room looks neglected and as if it was not cleaned before the previous guests. The walls, the bedframe and the floor are scratched and dirty, and the room smells bad. Also, we were told that we will have a reserved parking spot. Instead, we had to search every floor of the parking building.
