We stayed here for six days in September and had a great time. Communication was good with the owner. We were on the third floor so had easy access to the rooftop area which was a great treat. It's situated on a hill so I had to walk up hill to get to the bazaar every day but it was less than 13 minutes walk and we had fresh juice every day from a stand nearby. The accommodation is in a great location and would Def recommend the little restaurant down the street and to the right 👍🏾.

We stayed at Feyza Apart during our whole week of holidays in Istanbul. The host, Vefa, contacted us some days in advance to offer us the transfer and to arrange the details of our arrival. Once in our destination, the staff was helpful and nice. The apartment is perfectly located in the historical city center, very close to all must-visit points. It has one of the main tram stations nearby too. The kitchen is well equipped, it has all necessary kitchenware and a microwave. The apartment is very clean, well isolated from noise and the bed is really comfortable.

The location is excellent. Nice and helpful host. All attractions are nearby within walking distance. Wonderful view of the city and the sea from the terrace. Our family had breakfast there. The apartment is somewhat worn out. The dishes were not very clean. The bed linen is stained. But there was a washing machine and an air conditioner, which greatly simplified our life in the 40-degree heat.

Spoiler alert 🚨 This rubbish building is one of the worst. I have paid a lot of money assuming the pictures reflect the reality then I got shocked with the following: -bed bugs -smells bad -dirty sheets -disgusting bathroom The only good thing about this place is being in the old city where everything is accessible and close by. One more thing, the cleaning ladies are very respectful and friendly. The people at the office; they first show kindness then if you don’t get a tour with them or don’t ask them for a taxi, then they’ll show you the other face; the ugly truth is they are extortionists!!! Beware!

We have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Not only is the location perfect for walking around to all the historic sites but the hospitality of the owner was amazing. We loved our cute little room and we were so happy they were okay with our dog. The room was spotless and bright and looked exactly like the photos. We had a bit of trouble ordering delivery our first night there after a long drive and didn't realize our credit cards didn't work in Turkey but our wonderful host covered the bill till we could pay him back the next day. We had driven our car there and were worried about parking but our host accommodated us and helped us park our car either in his parking garage or on the street. We couldn't of asked to stay in a better place and for the cost, this is truly a gem. we didn't spend a lot of time in our room since we were out exploring so much but when we were in the room it was very quiet and nice and the A/C was a huge plus and wonderful. The rooftop is perfect for coffee and a great view too!! On one of the nights we stayed our dog ended up barking a lot when we left him to go out to dinner and we felt horrible about it but our host told us it was okay and even though it really wasn't we were so grateful for his kindness. We would love to stay here again! LOVE this place and they should have a 10-star review!
