We were sent here after Aeromexico didn’t let us board the plane because of the overbooking. The room is ok. For some reason the hand soap and the lotion were glued to the counter. Why? The bathroom had two shower gels and no shampoo. The shower gel is the same product as the hand soap glued to the counter by the sink. The room has some “modern intent”. But nothing special - done without any attention to details and some “design decisions” are simply stupid. The area around is shady. We went to eat to the restaurant and it was slow as F. It took them 40 minutes to bring salmon. Breakfast was also poorly organized. They had the omelette station at the end of the bar so the line of people waiting for the omelette (and the locals move slowly) was blocking out the larger part of that bar…. So, make your own conclusions.

It is not close to the airport. The shuttle is very limited. The hotel is inside a mall, not easy to get there, especially if the mall is closed

Routed here after Aeromexico cancelled our flight. Really nice hotel, clean, attractive, and the hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast buffet. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the restaurant staff were unfriendly on a coupe of occasions due to a misunderstanding about the food vouchers that were given to my family by the airline. A little bit of patience and hospitality on the part of the restaurant staff would have left us with a much better impression

From Terminal 2, meet at the Fiesta Inn office INSIDE the terminal between Gates 3 and 4. The driver will walk you to the parked shuttle. At least a 20-30 minute ride from the Airport despite its proximity, because of the constant heavy traffic. Once inside the hotel, the tranquil spaces help to reduce one’s blood pressure. The room was clean, modern and functional, the bed comfortable. The coffee more than adequate to its task for the journey back to the busy Airport.
