Decent suits with having a small kitchen setup attached (which is new to me). 700 m from nearest tram stop. Dislike that the bathing area is very small and they charge 10 euro to clean the room.

Advertises as parking is 10€, and parking is not completely resolved, they send arriving guests to the parking in the shopping center as their places ("garage 10 €..." they only have a few parking spaces) and how the guests receive unreal bills (I paid about 50€ per night, guests from Korea 100€/day ). When the aghasted guests start demanding explanations (the situation is heating up...), the receptionist starts using the phrases prepared by the managers: we only recommended parking..., you parked as a private person..., etc. When does dissatisfaction become uncontrolled the management is running away from responsibility, trying to protect itself with cheap and brazen lies... Avoid this accommodation...!!!

It's impressive that this hotel is allowed to accommodate people. The rooms have no ventilation or air conditioning, and the only way to get some air is by opening the windows, which is quite uncomfortable due to the hotel's proximity to a busy road, making the noise unbearable. Closing the windows reduces the noise a bit, but clearly, the necessary soundproofing is lacking. The staff is non-existent, so if you run out of toilet paper or anything else, there's no one to ask for it. The location also leaves much to be desired since the tram stops to the city's tourist center are far away on foot. All these shortcomings would be understandable if the price were more appropriate, but it's not at all economical. However, I want to emphasize greatly the lack of ventilation in the rooms. During the nights, you can't sleep due to the heat, and if you open the windows, you can't sleep because of the noise.

Positive things: 1. Polite staff. 2. good location near the city center 3. There is a small grocery store and a Macedonian restaurant with delicious food near the apartment 4. Quiet and peaceful at night 5. Comfortable bed 6. There is a kitchenette 7. Good price for overnight stay Negative things : 1. There is no trash bin in the bathroom 2. There is no shower curtain and when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet 3.Very bright lighting in the room. There is no possibility to regulate it.

nice place, affordable price. the rooms are large, everything is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We had the top floor, under the roof, there is no elevator, only stairs, it will be difficult for people with health problems to climb, guests should be warned about this. of all the negatives - spoiled the impression - an old sponge for washing dishes, it would be better if it was not there at all, this is a bad job of the cleaning service, and the lack of any hangers for outerwear
