Great rates and great location. Service was very friendly and efficient. Lots of self serve snacks like cup noodles and biscuits. Relaxing and comfy enough chilling area. Rooms were big and roomy, plenty room for few large luggages in our room. Rooms were little bit old and tired.

This is the best hotel with best customer service and help. All workers try their best to help each customer to meet their need. They try to provide best service to let you feel like home. Room is very quiet and clean. Highly recommended. Jessica is the best best with her services to treat each customer as her family. Thank you. I will definitely come back here again.

If it is possible, I really don’t want to share this hotel to anyone else. It’s just so nice and pleasant to stay there. Room was decent and breakfast was much filling. Do note some interim issue with the wifi connection in the room, all is make up for through the snack bar in the lobby. Thanks Jessica for the great help at the counter, I saw your hard work clearing the lobby area to give the guests the best comfort and experience. Kudos to the whole team. Keep up the great work and hope to see you soon in my next visit!

If you are looking for a one night layover in Taiwan you might consider. Otherwise I would not recommend this hotel at all. The rooms are filled with white and black molds on the carpet. The room smell musky and wet. I left the hotel with a lung infection after staying for 3 nights. They did try to offer me a change of rooms but all the rooms are the same. I have attached some photos to warn the people who wants to stay at this finders hotel. We paid a total of $600 a room for 4 nights I believe there are better options out there at Ximen. I have been to Taiwan many times and this is the worst hotel

Booked the room via Agoda for 8 days. For this price I can stay in a much better room with proper wardrobe and a safety box. Agoda has communicate with them and has also promise they would give us 2 twin beds and a safety box but when we arrived, the room was so tiny that we don't have space for our luggage and we have to squeeze to move around. The worst part was we only had hangers to hang our clothes. No proper wardrobe was given. Apart from that, the location was great, but the building was greatly run down with noisy ventilation and poor soundproof walls. We could hear kids screaming and adults talking in early mornings. Washing machines broke down as we wanted to do our laundry, and they sent us to a 24-hour dobi down the road. If I had to pay for this price with inconvenience, I would rather not. The female receptionist wasn't friendly either. They put on a sour face when we arrived at the hotel. The guys were better with their friendliness. Overall, it is not a budget hotel. I have stayed far better hotels with great conditions in cheaper options. Unfortunately, Finders Hotel won't be on my list when I visit Taiwan again.
