My family and were here for a few days. The apartments were not up to expectation. The apartment has cigarette smell despite one of the rules stating no smoking. The couch had lots of hair and was really uncomfortable to sit on, it was like the cleaner didn't bother cleaning it. The floor had lots of long hair as well. The bed sheet was stained with oil, the pillow sheet had hair as well. We were also asked by a female staff for our passports for their record, when my family and I gave our passports for her to scan she seemed like she's so tired to even acknowledge us. Definitely needs a lot of improvement on cleaning. Location is pretty good as it is near several supermarkets and the shopping centre.

The place was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. They use Whatsapp to communicate and someone always responded immediately to whatever we asked. Our unit was 3 bdrms with 3 AC units that kept the place nice and comfortable. Beds, towels and linens were nice quality. Location was excellent but a little far from the major touristy attractions. A cab to the Gothic quarter was about $15 Euros. No complaints whatsoever.

We booked 2 family appartment and a very small appartment with no Ac. No cleaning system only one time clean when you check-in. No extra towels. If you want towel and other things you need to pay. The only plus point was location. Can get some good options arround.
