Worst hotel I ever stay in my life. What hell man. This hotel service is beyond the worst I have experience. We booked the hotel last minute because our flight was cancel causing some difficulty to our plan. As soon as I booked the hotel called back saying what time am I arriving. I said around 8:30-9pm. They said they will be a extra charge for late checking. I was like are you serious, who does that?? In Rome!! So okay fine we agreed. And while I wanted to cancel, unfortunately they do not do refund. So the only option is to arrive and pay for the extra for the late checking. We arrived at 9:15pm. As soon as we arrived, we were confused what we suppose to do until I saw a paper on the wall saying call this numbers. We began calling hoping they pick up because we were exhausted and had 3 luggage. Tell us why in hell did we call them more than 30 times, had my credit card service called them who knows how many times. And not one call did they pick up!! What excuse do you have for not picking up!?!? We both agreed to the late checking, so why did you not meet us or pick our call? What is even worst is that while we were calling them, we called 4 other hotels nearby to get pricing. And all 4 pick up on the first call! At this point we realized that this hotel was just ignoring our calls. They knew that they weren’t going to refund our money because it was just one night. And picking up was just going to mean for them committing to get their lazy a$$ to return to the hotel and open the door. They do not care about the people who visit, and they do not care about the service they provide. For them it is just money, but I believe it is stupid if you think you will ever be able to compete with other hotels in Rome if you have that child mentality. I hope who ever read this you do not book at this place. Save your money, your time, and your stress, your comfort from hotels like this. It was a painful experience and you Flat 285 ended costing us twice the money because we had to book another hotel. Thank you and I hope you change your way of doing business. Because they way you do now sucks!! Stay away people. Stay away! There are other hotels that are open 24hr like Cantone District Hotel (10 star compare to this place) or Le Suite Downtown (nice lady ready to come from her house to prepared the room).

After we checked out, various purchases were made with my credit card number! The only one who wanted my card number for anything from the hotel was the young woman for check in. Lots of bills from Bolt and delivery services that we never used during our stay in Rome! It all started after we checked out, so the lady probably waited until we left to shop through my credit card!!
