Don't recommend renting any apartament related to this company, because you won't have anybody to assist you while you're hosted and before you arrive at the place also. The apartment I rented was dirty, didn't have enough towels and sheets and I have no answer from the company when I try to contact them. Only robot messages to do the check-in and that was it. Not worth ithe money I spent. Terrible experience.

We stayed on Flateli Roger 6. The flat has two big double bedrooms with a bathroom for each. The kitchen is enough for a short stay if you are 3-4 people max, otherwise you will have to unfold an move the table every time you eat. It would be ok if the flat was clean. The kitchenware was sticky and with rests of food. Corners, windows, etc. were full of dust, hairs,... Also, there is a lift that makes a lot of noise almost attached to the window of one of the bedrooms, the neighbours used it all night long so it was difficult to sleep.

Flateli is a management company with, apparently, 153 properties. There are various Flateli storefronts in multiple cities. Barcelona, also Girona I guess. There may actually be more than 153 properties, that's just the number I see on Airbnb today. Probably by the end of summer there will be more. They seem to be on a growth trajectory. So, don't get too excited by their Airbnb host profile claiming that they are a married couple with "a little group of properties". You're not renting from some dedicated, local mom and pop who will tend to your every need. Companies can scale and become big, and still meet their customers 'needs. In theory, we could be happy for the owners of Flateli, and celebrate their success in building an Airbnb empire ... But beware. They do many things by proxy, relying on various hired personnel including people who work late nights at hotel desks. They are very disorganized. This results in a difficult check-in process, errors, waiting while clueless hotel desk clerks try to contact them to resolve errors, etc. etc. etc. There is also an app requiring guests to (a) realize that there's an app, and (b) input confidential information before the stay. Passport numbers, etc. ... The app has a chat feature. I tried to use this to communicate with the hosts before my stay. They did not monitor this inbox, nor the Airbnb one ... So I was forced to HOPE that I'd have a place to stay when I arrived in Spain from Portugal after dark. I had no way to confirm that anybody was expecting me. No responses. None. And thus, I caution travelers to studiously avoid staying in Flateli's places. This is a bummer because they own some very nice places, and if they made more effort to create a quality guest experience they could offer great hospitality to many weary travelers.

Absolutely avoid! Apartment booked months in advance on the airbnb platform, 24 hours before our arrival we contact them for check-in information. They reply 4 hours later saying that the apartment is not available, making truly implausible excuses. What if we hadn't written? When would they have notified us? They offer us another apartment with one less room at the same price. Reading other reviews it seems that it is a recurring method of theirs. The most serious thing is that they ask us to circumvent the airbnb platform by dealing directly with each other. Imagine at that point how much confidence we had in them. Demanded reimbursement, we found ourselves having to reorganize our stay in Barcelona at the last minute.

Regrettable experience upon arriving and discovering that the accommodation we had rented on Airbnb months ago was going to be occupied by other guests on the same date, "VIP people" who were later discovered to be the own friends of the agency manager Flateli Girona, Mary Rose. It was useless to have a confirmed reservation with Airbnb, they simply claimed to have different information and tried to confuse us and send us to another accommodation they had available, with characteristics much inferior to our reservation and that did not correspond at all to our criteria. Despite the concern of Elena, our agency contact on site, who tried to accompany us and unsuccessfully mediate solutions with very limited options, the reality is that they never assumed their responsibility. After several calls, Airbnb confirmed that the agency had published the ad on several platforms and had not synchronized its calendar (this is repeated in other comments). Finally we had to find another emergency accommodation and change destination.
