We stayed here for several nights while in Tokyo and July. Amazingly clean and well maintained. They had everything you needed with instructions - kitchen supplies, cables/chargers, laundry machine/dryer. Great location close to Higashi Shinjuku metro stop and next store to a convenience store. Note - This place was small compared to US standards for our family of four, and was amazing given the price and value. Since we were spending most of our time touring Tokyo we were totally fine with this.

Self check in process was easy and fast. We came early and allowed us to leave the luggage in the room. You can walk to Shinjuku and took 15-20mins. A train station near by or take a bus to Shinjuku. 3 different convenient stores just around the corner and a local supermarket just 2 minutes walk. The room was clean, have all amenities. You can dry your clothes in the bathroom. Quick response 👍🏼

Could not have asked for a better hotel. Located in a great part of Shinjuku (almost on top of Oedo line subway, 17-minute walk to main Shinjuku station) which was quiet and close to convenience stores. Room was spacious for Tokyo, immaculate, clean and thoughtful. Washing facilities and drying room (in shower cell) was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.
