We got here early but Michael took great care of us and was very helpful! He held our baggage for us, as we walked around town to wait. When we returned it was still a little early but Michael got us checked in and we were able to rest from our 16-hour trip. The room was very clean, spacious (bigger than expected since reading other reviews said they were small), quiet and great air conditioning. It is away from Roma Centrale but walking distance to the beautiful beach and restaurants.

Do not stay here. If you don’t speak Italian, they basically ignore you. It appears like a nice place, but they will not respond if you have a problem. They overcharged me and the front desk employee acted like he had no idea how to fix the charges and told me to email the manager, knowing I had to leave for the airport and couldn’t stay to debate the charges. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. It seems like all the front desk employees are working together to lie about what you’re charged for, then they keep your money when you’ve left town. Update: I received a refund and was told the employee ignoring my emails was new and had only been there for one month.

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights and we loved it! Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful rooftop, towels were high quality. We will be back!

We had this hotel booked for months as we we're flying out of Rome early the following morning. Upon arrival the hotel told us that the reservation had been mysteriously "canceled" 8 days prior to check in by Expedia for reasons the hotel could not name. We had 0 emails or correspondence indicating this, and to no surprise the hotel had zero availability that evening, so we were stuck finding another option. 30 minutes after heading to the street to find somewhere else to sleep we receive an email from Expedia stating that we requested to cancel the reservation.... RIGHHHHTTTTT. Clear as day this hotel overbooked and then lied to our faces. DON'T STAY HERE OR TRSUT THEM.
