I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with your hotel in Malmo. On [Dates of Stay], I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute due to an excessively long wait during check-in. Despite arriving at 3 pm, an hour before the 4 pm check-in time, my companions and I were left standing outside with no entry code or assistance. After a 20-minute wait on the international phone line, which provided unhelpful support, we decided to cancel our booking. This experience was not only frustrating but also highly inconvenient. I hope you will address this issue promptly to improve your guest service and prevent similar incidents in the future.

I made a reservation with this "hotel" on expedia. There is no front desk, and I never received instructions on how to get in my room. I was out of the country and had no way of contacting them except thru expedia. After an hour long conversation with expedia, it turns out that they somehow never got my reservation even though my credit card was charged. I had to get a refund thru expedia but still ended up paying $300 more for a week-long stay somewhere else because of making last minute plans. My recommendation is to pass on this place and not be tempted by the lower price. There is a reason why they're cheaper.

This is a great apartment hotel that is decently priced and at a good location in Malmo. The place was moderately clean, with the exception of some dust on the carpet, cobwebs on the ceiling and we even spotted a silverfish. The noise from the pipes and the fridge was also a little difficult to sleep though.

+ easy check in with an access code, colorful design, well equipped apartment, great location - close to the central station and to the city center, comfortable bed - cleaning was a 7/10, the kitchen furniture needs some repairs ? Is it common in Sweden the tourists to take the garbage out of the room when they leave their accommodation? It was the first time when we had this request…
