Never book this hotel/apartment if you have suitcases!!!! It’s really dangerous for your life! It’s not only because there is no elevator, but beverage stairs outside building are super high s d door is open out, so you cannot open it with your suitcase. Inside, the stairs are super small and narrow!

While the apartment was clean and nice, we had a bad experience with maintenance attempting to enter the unit TWICE for non essential purposes (to replace a coat hook) without notification. This shouldn’t happen when a room is occupied. I contacted customer service and then it happened again.

Do NEVER book a room in this hotel!!! We booked a room in may 2020 and we had to cancel it due the Covid-19 travel restrictions. Despite the European cancellation regulations the hotel refused to refund us. We have been struggling for months and we have no reply. They are not serious at all !!!
