Customer service was horrible . They intentionally put the mini bar in to the room we thought it was free from charger but we ended up paying 475 dirham which was unfair . Not recommended that hotel to anyone .

Nice apartments but quite old and out of the city. The rooms are decently sized but are almost at end of life. The rooms need to be renovated soon. The staff are friendly and efficient. There is a nice park just in front of the hotel. There are restaurants, supermarket s etc nearby. The metro is also there in walking distance.

Stayed for 10 days with family and satisfied with the service. If the management can add change to the breakfast buffet, it will be quite nice. Special thanks to Ms. Devika - Operations Manager there who took a great care on us. Recommending this place to anyone who looks for a hotel apartment with a budget.

A very hostile receptionist. That speaks for the first impression. WiFi is limited to four devices for a room meant for 4 people. Has a terrace swimming pool but no access without a life guard who is not available all the time. Bedrooms have no locks. Main switch turns off (drips) whenever the cooking stove is used. Cleanliness could be rated at 2.5 out of 5. Bath tubs are disastrous. Despite all this, it costs like a really perfect hotel when it is no where close!!!
