Stayed here 12/23 and 12/24 while visiting family for Christmas. I had read a lot of reviews that complained about noise from the adjacent freeway, so at check in I requested a room on the ground floor. The helpful staff at the front desk put us in a ground floor room facing S. Harbor, and there is a privacy screen between the outside corridor and the parking lot, so the room was blissfully quiet. The room was clean, the bed extremely comfy, and there is a mini fridge. TV, wifi and hot water were all perfectly fine. There is a small bar with a helpful and friendly bartender, and an adjoining restaurant, which serves a good breakfast buffet each morning for only $20 per person. The pool area is gorgeous, with plenty of seating options for watching the nightly fireworks at Disneyland. Best of all, the pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hrs, so even if you stay at the park until closing, you can still come back and have a nice, relaxing soak! We will definitely stay here again.

The only reason I wanted to leave this review is to give the utmost praise to Elizabeth who works the front desk! My friends and I stayed for two nights this past weekend and have nothing but nice things to say about our stay and the staff at the hotel. I’ve never left a review before but Elizabeth was so sweet and so warm and so knowledgeable I wanted to leave a review singing her praises. I would stay here again just because Elizabeth made sure our stay was as wonderful as can be.

If I could rate Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim any higher I would. Stayed here for 12days & will certainly be coming back!!! The front desk staff were amazing! Let's not for get about maintenance team. Helped me out when I had a strange request, when no other company in the area would help out. You guys need a pay raise, certainly an asset to the company!!!!!

Lovely location but the staff displayed a consistent lack of honesty, care, and work ethic that made the 5-day stay terrible. 1. Lack of Honesty: - Staff had promised a standard 10:00am room check-in. We specifically chose Four Points due to the early check-in option. The room was only available after 1:00pm. Staff apologized as they had misinformed us about their true standard check-in times, which is in the afternoon. - The initial quoted price was substantially different than what we were initially charged. Though ultimately resolved, staff was a hinderance in solving the issue by failing to be forthcoming on basic questions on the bill itemization. 2. Lack of Care: - Had an incident, where after 6 hours at Disneyland, we returned to our hotel room wide open, with all the lights turned on (including the time-sensitive bathroom light). Staff really didn't care about the incident until after several heated discussions with staff. After an "investigation", staff claim that we were the only ones who had entered/left the room but are unable to explain how the time-sensitive bathroom light (which turns off after a period of time) was still on after we left 6 hours ago. 3. Lack of Work Ethic: - Initial inspection of room found that a pillowcase had a noticeable amount of blood on it. Took it off, requested a new one that never came. Staff was content with putting that same, potentially contaminated pillow back on the bed after "room service". - Requested new sheets due to a noticeable red stain on it. Staff was content with simply remaking the bed with the same red stained sheets during "room service". Ultimately, I've seen motels with better administration and services than what the Four Points brought to the table. Very disappointed.

Stayed there last week for 3 nights rooms were dinghy & I left my Disney bag of ornaments behind unfortunately housekeeping did not turn it in. It also took 1week to follow up. So make sure you do a sweep before leaving!! ☹️ Blood drop stains on pillow, mattress are uncomfortable, floors were dirty, water pressure was low & shower was dripping all night, smelled moldy.
