Great 4* hotel that should be 5* ! special thanks to front desk Jamel for being so welcoming, kind, helpful, and professional. She solved our problem for us extremely fast. We really enjoyed our stay. Room 308 and 309 were perfect. Lots of water in the room which is really useful in Qatar. The whole team is great I also mention the Thai staff at the penthouse that were really Nice and helpful .

Loved our short stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and had more than we needed. Excellent beds, huge bathroom. As we were only there for a layover, we ordered room service and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent pool area with great views of Doha city from the attached sun room. I'd definitely stay here again.

Worst experience I had in Marriott hotel.. very disappointing. Location was good. However basic customer service has to be improved. I’m Marriott sliver member however they did not appreciate that at all. I made a request prior my arrival and it was ignored. I raised that issue to the front desk, then got a call from Hotel manager apologized and promising that the request will be made tomorrow however nothing happed. I will never come back and don’t recommend staying there for their bad customer service.

Absolutely amazing amazing experience. Seriously 6 star experience. Lowest cost option in the city. Location is unparalleled with the hotel entrance being right next the metro stop entrance/exit (make sure you use the correct exit number!). Had a early morning arrival and a next day early morning departure and the hotel was super accommodating allowing me to check-in early, get breakfast as a Titanium member, and then check-out at midnight right before the metro closes. They also upgraded me to a standard suite which was just stunning with a great view of the city. Everything was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was tasty with tons of options. Service friendly with multiple lattes. Great way to relax and spend a 1 day layover. The pool, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge were all state of the art. Adriane personally wheeled my luggage to the metro stop to say goodbye as a beautiful gesture.
