This hotel is great, we have been travelling around Europe and I think this was our favourite hotel to date. The rooms are clean and just fine, no microwave or fridge though. What really makes this place the best is the service, the front desk staff were always friendly and happy to help us for whatever we needed. The location is right beside the central train station which makes it an ideal base if you want to go to other areas in Denmark or Sweden from here. Thank you Zleep team for making our visit memorable.

The room was okay , the bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly and the lobby bar was okay too. Beer was around £7 but it was a large . Very nice beer was Blanc with citrus notes . WiFi was good and the location was very good . Pretty close to everything. Very easy to get to the hotel from airport. You can just take a train and one way ticket was like £3. We arrived in 15-20min and walked around 7-10min . It was easy to find the hotel .

Honestly I'm not overjoyed about my stay .. the room is basic and rough around the edges. I will acknowledge by Copenhagen standards this is probably a budget hotel and the room appears clean enough. Whilst the receptionist was friendly and seemingly efficient, I was given a single room with single bed. Whilst I do understand I am a solo traveller and the reservation was for single person, it says on the reservation, small double bed .. there is absolutely no way this is more than a single, so I feel this is misleading, bordering on false advertising. Anyhow I could be fine with this, but literally there is 0 sound proofing and it's virtually impossible to sleep. I guess I got very unlucky with room location as throughout the night before sleeping and then being woken up by the room above who were either going at it hammer and tongue all night or were filming a horror movie. Literally as soon as my eyes shut, it sounds like the roof is going to cave in. 2 is literally for the location to be honest.

Location was good, just a short walk to the main train station, main viewing sites, and lots of dining options; although the area felt a bit sketchy. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite disappointing, and the blow-dryer stopped working after 1 min of use (the staff provided a replacement upon request). The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, and the room was nicely designed with a comfy bed and everything you need for your stay. The waiting area was also quite cozy, they provide WiFi and free-of-cost lockers to leave your luggage if you need to before check-in / after check-out. Lastly, they take pride in having the slowest elevator in Copenhagen which we thought was a fun way to look at it! :)
