If it wasn’t for one major thing my stay would have been great but I was pretty frustrated with the view my room had. I booked many months in advance for New Year’s Eve and requested a hi rise that would potentially face the fireworks. I was told that they will do their best to accommodate but no guarantee. That was fine for me but when I arrived they made absolutely zero effort to accommodate that in any way whatsoever. At check in the lady handed me my key to 411 like it was nothing. My room was not only not a high rise but the view was probably the worst one she could have chose considering the only thing we overlooked was the pool and the hot tub with everyone in it. Zero privacy considering you can see through the windows so everyone could see us if we had our curtains open. Not impressed at all for $1000 room at 5 star hotel. We made the best of the night considering and had a great new years. All the staff was very friendly and everything else was really nice.

We enjoyed the spa for a day and we were treated like queens. Such a cozy spot. Elegant and inviting. Spa staff was so kind and pleasant. Spa amenities were fabulous and so clean and well kept. Nice options for relaxing all day. I had a massage and a pedicure. It was so amazing. Best massage I’ve ever had. Pedicure was also so nice and the women were so kind and fun to talk to. We are definitely coming back each time we visit Denver and maybe one day we will stay as hotel guests!

I visited for my twin daughters' 20th birthday. The hotel is very nice. Customer service is great. We had dinner at the Edge restaurant. Our server Scott was the best!!!

My wife and I came here for a conference. I worked and she played. She raved about the free pool at the spa. I enjoyed excellent food and beverages during my conference experience. Catering service used by the hotel for our vet was absolutely wonderful. In addition, the hotel is surrounded by fantastic choices of restaurants or breakfast and other meals. The rooms were enormous and comfortable. The conference amenities were perfect for our medium-sized group. Everyone we worked with at the hotel was 110% awesome! We travel a lot and this was one of our best hotel experiences ever.
