Took the airport transfer service, love the pick up service. Driver was very attentive and introduced us to good places to go while on the way to the hotel. Front office staff and concierge were very helpful, had a smooth and fast check in service. Was surprised with an upgrade and totally loved the room and the view. The room was clean, breakfast choices were great. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Absolutely incredible and attentive top customer service! Extra thank you shut out to Hotel manager Mr.Tobias. Excellent buffet breakfasts. Booked for 5 days with my family (2 kids) for a holiday. I was absolutely blown away by the excellence in service the hotel staff gave. The staff really had attention to detail. There were kid's tooth paste and kid's bath gel in the room ready as we entered. I was thinking I needed to fork at the dining room, and the staff brought it to me before I even asked. Breakfast was great and had a wide selection of food. Organic eggs were used in the egg menu and prepared fresh to our liking. It was yum! Overall, I had such a relaxed and fun time with my family in our holiday.

I attended a wedding lunch lately at Four Seasons Hotel, and was deeply impressed by the service provided throughout the banquet. The service crew was attentive and our tea was refilled every 2mins, cutlery was replaced after every dish was served. The food was pleasing and the potion was just right for individuals. The ambience was lovely and we visited the hotel room, it was cozy and comfy. The tea ceremony is well organized with an experienced coordinator as well as a professional photographer. However, during the bride march in, I was kinda disappointed that there was no surprise of dry ice effect nor were there any flower petals or party poppers to add on to that special moment which made it rather plain during that few seconds. Overall, I'm happy with this hotel, and will visit again.
