Shoutout to Marcel at the front desk for his prompt and timely service. What truly stood out was his incredible ability to anticipate and fulfill my requests almost as if he could read my mind. Marcel's attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience truly made my stay memorable. Great location, steps from the main train location. All the basics you need to help stay within budget for a trip to Switzerland 😉. Web app for check and room key was nifty, nice to also have a backup option for a physical room key. Was initially confused by the lack of lobby and check in desk for the guest house, but these things eventually started to make sense once I got my bearings and figured out the main lobby was steps away.

Loved my stay. I just came in for one night stay. Excellent location, the staff were super friendly and helped me with a lot of information. The room was a bit small as I expected but completely functional and super clean no complaints.

The room was very clean and well laid out..with plenty of space for one person. There is a lift in the building, again with room for one person with an average amount of luggage .. more than average luggage may mean 2 trips in the lift 😀. The room was in a separate building to the Reception building, however booking dot com does have the street address for the Reception so looking for that address takes you to the Reception building first and after checkin directions are given to the other building which is about 30m away.. This hotel is 50m from Zurich’s Central Railway station so very convenient for travelling to other destinations. It’s also close to some lovely restaurants and the usual fast food outlets .. Reception staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly and are available 24 hours at Reception .. The windows do open and that was sufficient in September for keeping the room cool .. usual centre of a large City noises during the day, the occasional shouting inebriated persons at night 😀 I enjoyed my stay and would return if I’m in Zurich again .. .. Oh there are works being done on what looks like another underground access to the railway station so during the day there is some construction noise..
