Worst place I ever stayed at. Right under the roof, no AC and dirty curtains. Nothing like the pictures. It had definitely more the vibe of a prison cell than of a place you want to stay for vacation. We found a different place which we love and is a third of the price.

The accommodation is spacious and affordable, but it is filthy. The restroom was perfectly adequate. 4 storage units with no elevator; expect to carry your luggage. Staff must be properly trained.

Budget & Cozy This place is suitable for people traveling to Chiang Mai on a budget!! I repeat, "Travel on a budget." Because with this kind of price, customer groups have already been divided. And when I say Cozy, that's the environment. It may not be shocking. But it is next to the road around the moat. Easily go to Chang Phueak Road. Calling a red car is convenient. Personally, I'm OK with the fan room and shared bathroom, which isn't bad. Warm water is also available. The bed is not hard. Let's just rest for 1 night and save on expenses. The staff are lovely and helpful. Admin 👩‍💼 who is always there to answer questions. You don't have to wait long. Included is daytime travel. Come relax at night. End of review 😉
