My husband and I had such a great experience working with the whole team. Michael Ouellette was our first contact, his professionalism was what convinced us to go with Frey and Sons. We were so pleased to find that professional treatment carried through the entire staff of people we dealt with with our project. They returned calls, addressed every concern, and took the time to be sure we were always satisfied. We love our new home!!

Wow!! I would recommend highly Frye builders! Frye builders built our house in 2005. We purchased in 2016. Well Hurricane Irma and Ian hit us and our house, roof everything remained in place! Not one shingle down from our roof, all outside structure remained like the house the wolf couldn’t blow down! Good to say not enough damage to claim due 2% deductible upfront. Just lanai screens and some soffit and fascia needed to be replaced. We are probably about the only home in our area without a “blue” roof on our house. Well in the meantime our homeowners insurance raised us $1000 on the policy because of the age of our roof and they said we needed a new roof to keep our insurance! Well there’s nothing wrong with the roof but because of insurance we have to replace it in the near future after all of the hurricane damaged roofs are replaced. Frye builders did an excellent job on the building of our house and everything that’s still standing compared to the other houses around us. Thank you! Hey if anybody wants to see a roof that was withstood two hurricanes wow they can come by and see! I would really like to know who the roofer is that did our roof if they’re still in business because we would be calling them to look at our roof and an estimate for our roof after all of the hurricane IAN issues slow down.

Great quality home (Marsala) and value that withstood the extreme forces of hurricane Ian with very minor damage to mostly cosmetic items. The process of purchasing with Michael Ouellette and the rest of the team to design and develop the house plans and selections was straightforward and on the level. Any problems that were identified throughout the build process and final punch list were addressed by my building superintendent Joe Tedesco and resolved working with the various subcontractors. We have had a few warranty items after closing and the process of using Buildertrend to get them logged and fixed has worked out great to date. I would recommend anyone that is considering buying or building a custom home to check out the new Frey and Son model homes in Cape Coral.
