Fully Furnished with Cozy Design Studio Apartment Springwood Residence

So i have been living in this apartment for 4 years and i feel like i have rights to give other people insight before they rent or purchase a unit. Pros: - Strategic location, 5-10 minutes to reach Alam Sutra, 20-30 Minutes to Gading Serpong and Cikokol, 40-50 Minutes to Bintaro Jaya (No Tolls) - Comfortable lobby, professional and friendly staff, i even befriend many of them - Close access to Toll gate, you can depart to Jakarta only in 30 minutes, of course not in the rush hour or saturday - Swimming pool + gym + park - You can easily find cheap food around because the apartment built around district area you can either walk or ride motorcycle, there are many warteg and indonesian food around, so you dont have to book food deliveries everyday. - they have seperate minimarket and laundry within the building that can be accessed through lobby - the hall on each floor fortunately built without soundproof wall, which is a good thing because you can hear sound from outside (which make it less horror when you are home late) Cons: - Limited and poor parking management, they literally have thousands of unit but only have 300 hundred parking spot (for car) even some of them already converted into motorcycle parking lot, the building management also convert 2 parking spot into 1 just because big suv car cant park on that tight spot, while actually you can park 2 little hatchback car (like brio, ignis, mirage, ayla, agya) on that tight spot. instead of making a sign of notice that the spot only can be parked by small car, they waste the spot just to make them can be parked by bigger car. remember i said we only have hundred of parking spots, while there are thousands of units. - Why dont they just create a parking with each of them are owned by the residents, so the lots are reserved for the residents only, with the plate number written on the parking lot to identify which one is their lot. - You only can buy electricity token from building management, ONLY IN WORKING HOURS - When you put the token on the prepaid meter, the electricity token dont add up to your remaining credits, THEY REPLACE THEM WITH THE NEW CREDITS, so if you have 20kwh remaining and buy the Rp 300k worth of token which earns you 177kwh, they only add the 177kwh and vanished the 20 kwh out of thin air - poor pest control, yeah they just let roach lives and ignore my complains, even the roach nested in my car - the stink from water closet pipe upstairs (unit above me) can be smelled at certain time and hours, and it stinks so bad - poor ac drainage system, ac on my unit leaks after i turned it on for 10 minutes, i have called mechanic and they told me that the problem is because the drainage were a continous pipe and connected to different unit which if the water volume increased, my ac cant properly stream the water into the drainage pipe, that leads the water dripping all over my unit - you live next to a textile factory in the city with one of the worst air quality, i recommend to buy an extra air purifier system - in rush hour youll face traffic once you exit the front gate. unfortunately they refuse to open the back gate (WHICH THEY ACTUALLY HAVE AND REFUSE TO OPERATE IT BEACUSE THEY DONT WANT TO HIRE MORE PARKING STAFF TO SAVE MONEY) - if you live on lower floor like 5-15 you probably can hear the loud traffic noise - they used to have shuttle to BINUS but after COVID they dont operate the shuttle system no more, a big downgrade. - GREEDY BUILDING MANAGEMENT HAD THE GATE STAFF WORKING 12 HOURS SHIFT ON MINIMUM WAGE INSIDE A TINY BOX. BRO THERE ARE ONLY 3 OF THEM, PLEASE ADD MORE PEOPLE??? thats all my thought, im going to write more if i found something else about the place

Horrible layout. Unfriendly staff. Numerous management miscommunication which result in additional charges. Not recommended for further stay.
